Beginning in 2024 an additional $500 is awarded to a senior who has a family member who is a current or previous member of the BLCTA. This senior does not have to be entering the field of education. Applicants are judged on activities, awards, goals, and merit. The BLCTA Executive Committee selects the student who will receive the scholarship at the Spring Awards Banquet.
