• The new contract is now complete and available on this website.  Please check the home page.  There will be a copy posted in the teachers’ lounges.
• Please complete the Autopay sign up for your dues.  This allows your dues to be automatically taken out of your personal bank account, rather than your pay.  If you do this before the end of September, you will receive $50 from OEA.  Please let your building rep know if you are NOT planning on signing up.
• The Back to School Bash will be held on Sunday, August 2 at the Buckeye Local High School from 3:00-5:00 PM.  The BLCTA will have a tent.  If you are available, volunteers are needed.
• The New Employee Breakfast will be held on Tuesday, August 4.  A CTA meeting will take place with the new employees at 8:00 AM followed by breakfast at 9:00 AM.
• The annual BLCTA Tailgate is now being planned.  Please watch for information!
• Please remember that if you receive any phone calls, texts, emails, or letters from admin regarding any change in position, contact your building representative to let them know before signing off on anything.
• Labor Relations meetings are held the 2nd Thursday of each month at North Elementary.  Please take any issues or concerns to your building representative.
• The next School Board Meeting will be held on Monday August 24, 2026 at 5:00 PM at the Central Office.
• The next BLCTA Executive Committee Meeting will be held in August.  The time, date and location have not yet been set.
