*Our current contract ends August 31, 2026.  Negotiations will begin this spring.

* Check your non-work email for a contract negotiations survey.  Please complete this as soon as possible.

*Ten for Teachers of Tomorrow is happening now!!  Please donate $10 for the BLCTA Scholarship.  Your donation can be given to your building rep.

*Elections for secretary and treasurer will be held in May.  Please consider running!

*Mark your calendars for a Macrame Planter event!  This will be held on April 14 from 4:30 to 6:30 PM in the BLHS Art room.  The cost is $10 and light refreshments will be provided.  Spots are limited, so RSVP soon!

*OEA Magazine is looking for articles about how teachers are improving schools.  If you are interested in submitting an article, check their website for more information.

*Labor Relations meetings are held on the 2nd Tuesday of the month.  Please bring any issues or concerns to your building rep.

*The next School Board meeting will be held on Monday, March 16, 2026 at 5:00 PM at the Central Office.

*The next BLCTA Executive Committee meeting will be held on Thursday, April 9, 2026 at 4:30 PM in room 102 of the BLJH.
