* Don’t forget to give $10 to your building rep for “Ten for the Teachers of Tomorrow”.  This is a fundraiser for the BLCTA Scholarships.

* The Macrame Planter event is April 14 from 4:30 – 6:30 pm in the BLHS Art Room.  Spots are still available.  Light snacks and beverages will be provided.

*Contract negotiations will begin on May 4, 2026.  Our current contract ends August 31, 2026.

*Nominations for Treasurer and Secretary will be the first week of May.  Please consider giving your time to our organization.

*Labor Relations meetings are held the 2nd Thursday of the month at North Elementary at 3:30 pm.  The next meeting will be May 14, 2026.  Please bring issues and concerns to your building reps.

*The next School Board meeting will be April 20, 2026 at 5:00 pm at the Central Office.

*The next BLCTA Executive Committee meeting will be Tuesday, May 12, 2026 in room 102 of the BLJH.
